The 2nd Annual Hussle Gala is presented by the Chainges fund a 501c3 membership collective & Charisma’s Milestones (Events & Radio Mgmt). This partnership focuses on generational healing in every area of your life. So this event is focused on community cultivation through the many facets of art in order to raise funds for our initiatives within our non-profit organization:
Phase 1-4 Initiatives have been broken down amongst healing workshops, prestige events, self- love exercises and membership group activities:
- Currently we are working with a very small community, (3-5) women who take shifts to come together to assist the owner of CHAiNGES fund, Desirae' "Sunni" Dillon on the Skoolie Project. This is the first mobile headquarters, full length yellow school bus that is currently being converted by the sweat and commitment of these women into a womxn's safe space. Our goal is that when a womxn steps on the bus, this will be the start of their eternal healing through our long-term resources that will be provided from the members and/or referrals of the organization.
Each ticket, sponsor, vendor, and donation is a contribution towards our initiatives in order to do our part in healing holistically in the community. See chainges.org for more info.

The Hussle Gala is back! This is a Nipsey Hussle inspired event created to honor community cultivation and pay homage to those who paved the way before us.
2019 was the first annual Hussle Gala where we paid tribute to Nipsey Hussle, this year, 2021 we will pay tribute to the late legend- Kobe Bryant.
We will pay tribute through aeriel dancing, live music, dj, live paintings, silent-auction paintings, skits, performances and real talks over dinner and drinks.
We will also be honoring local leaders in the area throughout the event who actively serve the community through education, health and entertainment.
These leaders will be nominated by the community through a vote on @charismas_milestones Instagram page starting Mid May 2021 and announced on by the end of June.
